I love thanksgiving. it reminds me of being a kid again. One of those couple days a year where you can put aside most of your responsibilities and just relax with family, watch old movies and eat till your sides burst. hope you all are having a great day and remembering the things you have to be thankful for. God Bless. greg
So "It Wanders West" at Gallery 1988 was a great success thanks to all of you who came out on a Thursday night in bad traffic. It was also great talking to some of your who were able to get a piece, I am glad to know they will be going to good homes. There is some great coverage of the show here at aresstedmotion.com. here are some pics from the night as well: Special Thanks to Jensen for helping make this (the show and my career) run so smoothly and for his friendship and support over the years. Many blessings to you my friend. Also don't forget, December 13th at Copro Nason Gallery: The extremely talented Matthew Bone has a solo show. Come out and have your minds blown.
It Wanders East, Part One of Greg "Craola" Simkins' It Wanders Collection was a huge success at Joshua Liner Gallery in New York. There are only a few of the "It Wanders" limited edition canvas prints left. For more info, contact info@joshualinergallery.com.
So we got back yesterday morning from a short, yet memorable trip to my new favorite vacation destination ever. I was a bit skeptical of what my first trip to New York was going to be like, especially bringing our 1 year old son with us to the busiest city on earth. What I found was a contradiction to my ignorant presumptions, which were gathered mainly from movies and other media outlets. Of course there is nothing better than to go to a place to get a true feel for it, and we were not let down with this trip. The people we ran into on the streets going around town, in central park, at restaurants in the hotels and actually starting with other passengers at the airport here in L.A. were some of the nicest strangers we have ever met. The city was safe even walking around late at night and way cleaner than I thought it would be. This is a good opportunity to thank Joshua Liner for the hospitality and putting on a great show at his gallery. You did a great job man thanks a lot. Tim and Alix, you guys rock as well and thanks for all the help with everything. "It Wanders East" was a great success and thanks to those of you who trudged through the horrible storm and rains to make it out.
Hanging out with David Choong Lee and his wonderful wife and seeing his new body of work Village of Wind was a big highlight from the trip. He is an amazing artist and a great guy. Check out his stuff , you won't regret it. (above: me and David Choong Lee) It was good to see some old friends and meet some new ones as well as meet some people that I have looked up to for years. Next Topic: I have a new T-Shirt Design out for Saosin and Hurley. And now, get ready, "It Wanders West" will conclude this current body of work on November 6 at Gallery 1988 in Los Angeles. I am excited to reveal the rest of the pieces from this series and will be posting more update on it later.

you gotta see this video and please check out this page and get involved...this BS has me so pissed right now i am trying to control my words...this is just a gateway to loosing more rights and privacy... pass this on...Get involved!.
